At Smock London, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our hand-smocked garments and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn't quite right, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items with original tags within 28 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Smock London tags are attached and the garment is folded neatly to prevent damage.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point or post office.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
